    Hello James
    To me I reckon your relational because you were working really hard in the three different materials stretcher game, but you weren't at the long stretcher race so i'm rating you on the first stretcher race. You were encouraging to the other teammates and was working hard through out the section. I reckon you could work on not try to yell or tell people what to do.
